Returns Policy
 

We offer a simply straight forward returns policy.

 

I purchased the wrong item.
Contact us immediately to discuss your requirements. Once we have an understanding of what you require simply send your product back to us and we will re-supply the correct item. Return postage cost will apply.

I've changed my mind and no longer require the item.
If the item is unused in original packaging then contact us within 3 days of receiving the item for a full refund excluding any postage costs. 
Once the item is returned to us a refund will be processed. 

Warranty & Repairs
 

All products are covered by Outback Caravan Hire for 12 months from date of purchase. If you receive your order and believe there is a defect of any kind please contact us immediately as we will supply a replacement and request a return of the defective item. 

My wiring loom has been damaged, can I have it repaired?
Best course of action is to email us a picture of the damage to enquiries@outbackcaravanhire.com.au so we can assess if we can repair it.
In most cases this can be repaired and returned.

My trailer plug has been damaged, can I have it repaired?
Best course of action is to email us a picture of the damage to enquiries@outbackcaravanhire.com.au so we can assess if we can repair it.
In most cases this can be repaired and returned.

My brake unit is not operating correctly, I think it has a fault.
Contact us immediately to discuss the issue. In many cases the brake unit is working correctly but it may be registering a fault in the wiring on the vehicle or trailer. In these instances we will assist on the phone first and if we believe you require a replacement brake unit then we will arrange for a replacement unit and a return of your existing one.
